State of the Studios Address Week of November 12, 2018 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Guests entering or exiting the park  will experience the recently opened  multi lane roadway. With a new parking ticket plaza and directional signage,  drivers will experience faster travel  to and from the parking and guest drop off areas. High overhead crews are installing the gondola cabling. The new  Skyliner guest  transportation system is scheduled to be high flying in 2019.

The updated Hollywood Studios Guidemap is fully detailed with guest holiday tips and information. The Flurry of Fun flap contains full details of festive entertainment, shopping, and decorations throughout the Park.

Guests will enjoy the Christmas themed decor throughout the park. The 2018 holiday decorations abound including the new Toy Story Land where Rex is adorned with reindeer antlers. Click the link below for full coverage.

Just in time for the holiday season, the limited-time night spectacular Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! entertains  guests with special effects, projections, dazzling fireworks, and snow. The show begins nightly on center stage at 8:30pm. 

Complete with new laser enhancement , guests enjoy the holiday spirit with the opening of the Sunset Seasons Greetings projection show. This night time entertainment features Toy Story, Muppets, and Olaf themes underneath Disney’s own brand of winter snowflakes.

A newly renovated store awaits shoppers at Tatooine Traders complete with  a row of  multiple check out registers for improved guest service. Greedo  mugs have been added to the Star Wars themed apparel, accessories, and other merchandise. New shelving and display decor is present, along with an additional station now available to assist  guests build ing their own light sabers. Click the link below for full coverage.

Guests of all ages will once again delight in the return of Olaf on stage  for the Christmas season at For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration. The holiday finale includes three popular songs from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure.

Guests now have a selection of packaged candy, cookies,  and other  treats as Adrian & Edith’s Head To Toe reopen their doors after a short renovation. New flooring and wall covering compliment the store.Hungry shoppers can now choose  from a variety of sweet treats including offerings  from Goofy’s Candy Company. Guests can enjoy a glimpse of the new motion picture Ralph Breaks The Internet at the Walt Disney Theatre now through November 26. This motion picture premiers in theaters on November 21.
